Chocolate Cupcakes Avec White Chocolate Toppings!

This is what I did Monday evening at 2100.
Baked cupcakes!!!!!!
I have to be honest- I bought the ready made cake mix from Morissons lol.

Apart from the ready made cake mix these are the extra bitsy & bobsy you need:
75 ml water
2 medium eggs( i used 3 cause they were small)
30 ml vegetable oil
25 ml milk


First beat cake mix, oil, water and eggs in a medium bowl on low speed for 30 seconds; 
increase speed to medium for further 2 minutes (or beat for 3 minutes with large spoon or wire whisk)


Spoon into cupcake cases.
 Bake for 15 minutes or until skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. 


Cool completely.


Then beat the icing with milk in a small bowl until smooth.
Finally spread the icing over cooled cupcakes with the back of a spoon. 
Scatter with sprinkles as desired.



VooooLA!!!!!
Not bad for a first timer.
I'm thinking of baking again with 'Easter Theme'.
